Sanchin is our posture.
It's upright closed stance.
This is how we defend ourselves.

Directions
Coming north on route 93 take exit 23.
Turn left on to route 104. Heading towards Bristol.
At the center of town turn right at the bank.
Second building on the right.
Hardwood floors with mirrors

Great place lots of room and well maintained floor.  Prefect for Karate.
Flying front kick

 the one move in uechi that the air is the playing feild.  Well the jump back is sort of flying too.
